What You'll Need for Your Charter

  • Ohio Fishing License-Available at Wildwood Marina (cash only)
  • Cooler/Ice For Catch To Take Home
  • Lunch/Drinks
  • Sun Screen
  • Insect Repellent/Pants (occasionally the black flies are biting)
  • Appropriate Clothing For Weather
  • Seasickness Medication (if needed, take prior to departure)
  • Please Call To Make Reservations – Credit Card Deposit Required
  • Balance Due Upon Boarding – Cash Preferred
  • Must Arrive at Marina 1/2 Hour Before Departure
  • Charter Times Are Dock-To-Dock Or Limit
  • 6 Passenger Maximum Aboard The Popeye

You Have The Option To:

  1. Reserve the vessel just for your party (private charter)
  2. Share Your Charter With Another Party. 
    We'll take reservations from individuals & try to fulfill the maximum capacity.
    This is open to the public and is a cost effective way to go Walleye Fishing.
    You only pay for yourself and not the entire boat.

We'll contact you when we're looking for passengers to fill the boat for a public Walleye Charter.

Credit Card deposit required when making reservations.  Charterer will be responsible for $100.00 per person if cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date.  If Wildwood Marina's personnel determine that mechanical difficulty or weather will not permit a vessel to leave the dock, the charter will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date.  If Wildwood Marina’s personnel determine during a trip that the vessel should return to the dock in less than the allotted time, due to mechanical difficulty, the charterer will pay for only the portion of the trip completed.  If Wildwood Marina’s personnel determine during a trip that the vessel should return to the dock in less than the allotted time, due to weather, Refund Policy Is As Follows:
Up To 1 Hour Away From Dock–Full Refund      1-2 Hours Away From Dock–½ Refund      More Than 2 Hours Away From Dock– No Refund
Charter Times Are Dock-To-Dock.  Licenses Are Non-Refundable.
All charters must be paid for in full by the charterer prior to the departure of the vessel from the dock.
